
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as experience working with CAS and CRM systems, MS-Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), various e-mail programs, Endnote, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress required. This includes maintaining student data and working with the MPH program team and Bouve leadership for required accreditation reporting.

The Program Manager will also lead MPH Program data management and website updating. The Program Manager will also support the Department MPH Committee, the MPH Advisory Board, and the MPH Alumni Board. This position will work with the MPH program team to develop external partnerships and assist students in identifying experiential learning placements and capstone opportunities. The Program Manager will oversee the MPH admissions process, including enrollment outreach and recruitment, and work with the Northeastern University Enrollment Management team and MPH program leadership to facilitate the continued growth of the MPH program. The Master of Public Health (MPH) Program Manager will play a key role in MPH operations and administration and also lead MPH student advising, outreach, and support.
